I love Zara unfortunately this is the worst Zara I’ve been in, I’ve tried the shop on 3 different occasions incase they were having a bad day. Each time I visited the only ever have small sizes left, I felt like I was in a jumble sale, no order with clothes and not appealing to the eye. The changing rooms are the dirtiest I’ve been in, clothes hook was also broken, I had to put my own jeans on the floor and they were covered in dust and debris! Won’t be back, should come with a health warning!

Went in to get a gift card. When it was my turn to be served the assistant decided to turn and start talking loudly about personal stuff to the assistant beside them. I had to stand there for a few minutes before they turned to me with a very condescending tone of manner. I asked for the voucher only to be told “yeah you can have it but we don’t have any gift boxes” which was the whole reason I went specifically to the shop. I don’t actually shop in zara and now I’m glad I don’t.

Love Zara Menswear. The only downfall is the waiting times at the tills. Staff often seem unhappy and there is very little interaction at all 🙁. The shops is very busy so be prepared to queue. But it is clean and always well presented. Would recommend …

Very poor service. Item priced in Euros ie €39.99 and charged £49.99! Apparently shipping costs and human error in hand pricing. Cannot be correct surely?!
